Don’t let them suppress your vote!
The upcoming federal election is being held on April 28 th and early voting days have been scheduled for April 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21 st. All four early voting days fall over Easter weekend, which has the potential of suppressing the Christian vote.
We are Christians who believe it is important for our community to participate in the democratic process. It is time for our community to stand up and make our voices heard.
We want to make sure that no Christian is discouraged from voting because of the scheduled early voting dates. Our goal for this election is to determine if there are supports, information, or other resources that can help mobilize and engage Christians around the upcoming federal election.
If we can be helpful to you or your church community, please let us know as soon as possible as it is important for Christians to vote and participate in this election. The Christian vote could determine the outcome of this election and the future of our country. Let us know what your needs are by using the contact form below.

Inroads against the traditional idea of “family” in Canada

Have Canadian Christians experienced a pattern of attempts to liberalize the traditional notion of family over the past two decades at the hands of the federal government? Unquestionably so.
For one, we have witnessed a campaign to eliminate the traditional categories of binary gender at the federal level. A major milestone in this history was the passage of Bill C-16, amending the Canadian Human Rights Act to include “gender identity” and “gender expression” as prohibited grounds of discrimination, in June of 2017. In August of 2017 Canadians were granted the ability to mark “X” as their gender on their passport applications. A directive was issued to Service Canada employees in 2018 by the Trudeau Liberals advising them not to use the words “mother” and “father”, or Mr. and Mrs. when interacting with the public, in favor of gender-neutral terms such as “parent.” At the same time the words “mother” and “father” were removed from the Social Insurance Number application form.
Understanding the Canadian church-burning epidemic

Across the world, hate crimes against Christians have seen a radical uptick in the past several years. Europe has experienced a rapid increase in reported hate crimes against Christians, mostly vandalism, but also violence, threats and arson between 2021 to 2023. In 2021 there were 519 incidents, 748 in 2022 and a whopping 2,444 in 2023, according to the OIDAC (Observatory on Intolerance and Discrimination against Christians in Europe). Arson attacks deemed hate crimes saw a concurrent rise from 60 to 105 in Europe between 2022 and 2023 according to the same group. Germany had 37 arson cases, France and Italy experienced 16, and the UK saw nine.
Churches’ charity status under fire from Liberals!

Justin Trudeau’s Finance Committee proposed in a report in December 2024 to eliminate the tax exempt status of pro-life organizations and all religious organizations in Canada. Religious groups, including Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Sikh and other faiths across Canada have raised the alarm over the damage this would do to faith-based organizations, the people they serve and the social fabric of Canada.
The Catholic Cardinal of Toronto Frank Leo, Archbishop of Toronto voiced his concerns on Feb 21 in a letter to Dominic Leblanc, Finance Minister for new Liberal Prime Minister Mark Carney. Leo pointed out
